The client wanted to create an online shop of skincare products that would display their brand mission and optimize the conversion rate and drive sales.
The target group we focused on was women and girls from ages 17 to 35 who are following beauty trends and care about the environment and personal health and wellness.
The solution
Masterly created a sleek and stylish design eCommerce store for BYZOI.BEAUTY.
The goal was to create an online shop that would provide users with ease and convenience. The focus was on aesthetics and optimizing the conversion rates of the website.
We focused on women aged 17 to 35 who follow beauty trends and care about the environment, personal health, and wellness.
The result was significant improvements in key metrics such as conversion rate (up 38%) and average order value (up 24%), which are sure to help them drive sales long into the future!
User research
Through understanding of the user, their wants and needs, we could inform the UX design process – to create the optimal product for users, ultimately reaping the business benefits.
Masterly team needed to put themselves in that user’s shoes and work out what problem or problems we’ll be solving for that user.
Prototyping
At this stage we crated prototypes that contain all the main elements presented in the form of blocks, so the client could evaluate the basic concept.
It helped us to identify and formulate the main direction of the design.
